Car Rentals

Approximately 40 rental car companies operate out of LAX, with vehicle rental sites located off the airport. Many of these rental car companies provide phone links inside or near the baggage claim areas on the Lower/Arrival Level of the terminals so travelers can request a free shuttle pick up to reach the rental car sites.


Taxi Service

Taxis can be found curbside on the Lower/Arrival Level islands in front of each terminal under the yellow sign indicating Taxis. 

  • Passengers will be presented with a ticket stating typical fares to major destinations.
  • Only authorized taxis with an official seal issued by City of Los Angeles
  • Department of Transportation on each vehicle are permitted in the airport. It is illegal for any transportation services to solicit fares, and travelers using such services do so at their own risk.
  • Departing guests should speak with the hotel concierge to arrange transportation back to LAX.
  • Cost: approximately $15.00 each way

Hotel / Airport Shuttle

Airport Shuttle - is complimentary and available 24-hours to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 7 days a week, to and from the Concourse Hotel. The PURPLE airport shuttle van runs every 10-15 minutes, available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Due to LAX construction you may experience some delays.

When you arrive at the LAX airport and have collected your checked luggage, please proceed outside of baggage claim. The PURPLE shuttle van will pick you up at the RED hotel shuttle passenger pick-up zone within 10-15 minutes.

The shuttle’s first stop from LAX is at Quikpark parking structure, then the bus will proceed to drop off guests at the hotel.
